Due to Lisa's limited appointment schedule and growing wait list, these policies must be maintained. Please note there are no exceptions to this policy.
For in person sessions, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $25 for a half hour session and $50 for an hour session is due at time of booking. Phone & Zoom appointments are paid in full at time of booking and there are NO REFUNDS. For groups, a NON-REFUNDABLE 20% deposit is due upon selecting a date to hold the date. All deposits & payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to cancel a private appointment, you may reschedule and use that deposit on a new date with AT LEAST 48 hours notice.
No call/no show OR if cancelling with less than 48 hours until your session, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book another private appointment. For phone or zoom appointments, a new deposit is required and the balance paid minus the deposit amount for the initial appointment is credited towards the new appointment.
Lisa needs at least 48 hours notice so she may try to fill the open time slot. For groups, if you need to cancel, the deposit may be placed on a future date one time and it is forfeited thereafter with AT LEAST 1 weeks notice. If canceling your private group with less than 1 week prior to your group, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book a new date.
